It seems there are swarms of bullies roaming the internet and terrorizing innocent, unsuspecting victims. Many of them are school aged children. Reports of cyber bullying are now coming in from all over the country. These incidents have led to murder, suicide and serious injury, mainly in our school environments. Here harm is inclusive of an emotional harm that cyber bullying may inflict among middle school and high school teens and especially elementary school pre-teens, who are most vulnerable.
